Shipping

Once packing is completed, the container will be sent to the harbor for export. If you are sending only half a container (LCL), we will store it in our house and we will send it as agreed between you and our representative.

Now, you can wait until your container is delivered to your final destination.

We offer the possibility to store you house in our storage either in Israel or abroad (we recommend to store your belongings in Israel as storage costs are lower).

Our local agent will contact you and update you on the status of your shipment even before it reaches its final destination. You should make sure to gather all the documents required locally to get the container through customs. If you are not sure of what you need, please consult with our representative.

The service our local agent will provide will be pre-determined in Israel once we determine whether it’s a Door to Door delivery or whether SMART-MOVE just ships to the destination harbor. All our agents will take care of releasing the shipment. If you choose the Door to Door service our agents will deliver your container to your new home and unpack. They will also clear up all the shipping material.
